I'm a fractional CFO specialising exclusively in capital-intensive climate and deep-tech companies. Over the past decade I've worked across hydrogen, carbon removal, shipping decarbonisation, and the circular economy — from building the financial foundations of an early-stage startup to structuring the balance sheet of large-scale FOAK projects and leading institutional equity raises. I've sat inside the companies, not just advised from the outside. I've built finance functions from scratch, led fundraising processes end-to-end, secured non-dilutive funding, and brought industrial partners and institutional investors to the table. Most climate founders at growth stage need a CFO-level partner but aren't ready to hire one full-time.
